Refund / Returns Policy

We refund orders if there has been a printer error/garment error. Due to the nature of each garment being custom printed to order we don’t offer returns.

Unfortunately we do not issue refunds on consumer end problems:

  • Ordered wrong size
  • Doesn’t like design/color
  • Wrong address, stolen, etc.

To complete your refund, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please send a picture of the item damage / error.
  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Once your pictures are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
