How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All items are made to order and typically take 1-4 days for production.

After production here are the typical delivery speeds:

Standard USA shipping 1-4 (business days)

Standard Canada shipping 2-10 (business days)

Standard Canada shipping 2-14 (business days)

All goods are custom printed and made to order we ship worldwide. When your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact massctrldesignstudio＠gmail.com if you received the wrong size, printer error, damaged goods, and we would be happy to resolve your situation.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Ship unworn items back within: 30 days of delivery

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer. We have global partners to fulfill orders internationally to save on customs fees but cannot guarantee that all orders will be free of fees.

How Do I Track My Order?

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update via your tracking link. Please contact your courier if you have any concerns about your delivery. Tracking is sometimes not available after the order has left the USA.

What if my item is returned?

If your package is returned due to an address issue or if the package was turned away at the address, we will ask for a new address for re-shipment at the customer’s expense.
